Here Are the Top Four Economies in the World
It is generally known that the United States economy is the world’s largest, with China a distant (but growing) second. But other than that, most people are unaware of how just how big the U.S. economy is relative to the rest of the world.
Putting it into perspective for us, researchers at the website howmuch.net created a graphic showing the size of each of the world’s economies relative to each other. Notably, the top four economies - the U.S., China, Japan, and Germany - account for over 50% of the entire world’s economy, while the top 10 make up fully two-thirds of global GDP.
